How To Boot To Uefi?

Okay, I'd downloaded windows 90in1 (win7 -win10) I'm having trouble to boot this to uefi. It only has bootia32.efi. Help.

Decide what you want to install(7 or 10), download a proper iso and make a bootable usb using Rufus(MBR for UEFI / GPT for UEFI) or WinSetupFromUSB(format the usb with FAT32).

if your laptop/pc is set to boot UEFI in you BIOS - you can change it to legacy or left it to UEFI... as @Mathew Stewart wrote - you have to set this tool - Rufus to those options depending of your BIOS settings - the more information you provide - the better will be the answers to your question!
