Second - Did you look at what was removed from this build before you took it and installed it?
Third - there a lots of tutorials online on how to set this up - READ before you do something silly

Is possible to disable this update in order to never tries to install?

I'm still using this since the day you release it. Everything is going smooth even in gaming , at first i hated the icon theme but now i starting to love it ... if i have a problem i always ask Google first that's why i'm not complaining here ... i removed/disabled store apps ,windows search and GameBarPresenceWriter.exe process coz im not going to use it...i manage to enable Windows Update...and updated this to August Security Update Release...after i installed the August security update i again disabled the windows update permanently lol..... Thanks Again!

did you bother to google for a solution? these are the locations where the file should be. should be able to get a replacement from any number of sites.

It seems to be the cumulative windows updates have an issue. (i.e. KB4343909, KB4340917) which are respectively version .191 and .228 where this is .167.

"Windows Update Blocker" managed to at least get the regular security patches to successfully update through Windows Update Center.

The two above I've tried installing as manual downloads from Windows Update website, they said complete and to restart but no luck, still version .167.

This might be a personal issue still, the error codes seem to reference .net 3.5 framework issues which I might just be missing components.

Thought the cumulative updates seem to have a lot of the bloatware which is why I'm specifically using this build in the first place so I'm not really sure I even want that update to possibly default a lot of the tweaks and fixes in this SLIM BUILD.

The better idea might be to just wait for an updated release of one of these slim versions altogether and Medicines for now with security software and 3rd party driver updates.
