because i installed before a vpn program and after 1 seconds all internet here was blocked from my ISP (lol)

Good Job Thx a lot well i am not tecno guy , but i looked Ip location.net it shows my IP address it doesn't change ? HELP TO GUIDE

alot o f the built in vpn are blacklisted and or no good

i would not reccomend betternet...... tu or the upload im sure it can be put to use in other ways

@Mirkec so issue it wiped my iobit uninstaller wont let me reinstall it and idk what to do... it wont let me download anything gives same error

@jp96785 Remove IObit Uninstaller with Windows default or use REVO Uninstaller PRO, Total Uninstall, Geek Uninstall (portable), Hibit Uninstaller (portable)....
Restart computer, delete all leftovers and scan your computer with AV to see what happens.

it wont let me install uninstallers thats whats sketching me out it shows same error and yes i restarted...

I would recommend finding a way to run some scans on your computer, Hopefully you are not using windows defender because it is total garbage and does not do anything 99% of the time. If you are using windows defender you should consider removing it in the future,


You can get a USB stick and go onto a "different" computer and you can install some portable scanners such as >

1> Emsisoft Emergency Kit < fully portable no install needed.
2> adwcleaner
3> super antispyware
4> hitmanpro

start with those 4 at least and scan your system either install them and scan directly from your system and if you can't then install them onto a USB stick using another computer update them! and then plug usb into infected computer and run some scanners and see what they say. I would recommend a good antivirus to install into your system in the future. Not windows defender.

The picture you provided only shows a problem with iobit uninstaller but it does not clearly show an infection, you will need to run scans to find that out. It could be that Iobit uninstaller did not like the "silent" installer that was used in this release which may have glitched it out "possibly" i personally despise silent installers because "sometimes" they can hide things. I prefer installing using a CLEAN installer and cracking/activating myself manually.

it does not show in the windows app uninstaller...i scanned with avast and iobit malware im clean
