make sure program is closed taskbar and task manager also did you run Medicines as admin ?

Yes program is closed, removed and reinstalled, and same issue, and sure running the Medicines as admin, it's weird.

are you on windows 10 1803 ?

Portable version is working but to setup and Medicines is not working.

No man windows 7 - 64bit

There is something on your side that break the patching procedure and you need to figure it by yourself! Maybe it is your AV, firewall but I do not think so because he would be alert you at the beginning, once you unzip/unrar him. Please take a look at the last screenshot I just uploaded. Until then use the portable version.

i disabled the AV and still getting the same error, no problem as long as the portable version is working , i can use it, thank you so much.

It is on your side no one report this except you! Alternative: Try to use a portable version! And please use lookimg.com only for posting images! Thank you!

I don't believe there is any issue with the included Medicines.

Using the portable version, after scanning the OST file and also while trying to save the PST:



Registering this dll file appears to be a known issue with this software: upsteam link.

The screenshot mentioning to "Please check PhoenixDll.dll is registered" is from a system with the following details:

OS Name: Windows 7 Professional
OS Version: Service Pack 1, Build 7601
Microsoft Office: Professional Plus 2016 (1904 // 16.0.11601.20204)

Hi,

For those with PhoenixDLL.dll error.

Run cmd as admin.
Point to the portable directory.
Run "regsvr32 PhoenixDLL.dll"
Should have successfully register.
Export to PST should be successful.
