Tilde is a font foundry founded in 1991, it is the
only type-related company in the Baltic States. Being
located on the verge of Latin and Cyrillic script,
Tilde has been focusing in creating multilingual fonts
for Eastern European and Cyrillic from the original
Western ones. The Library of Tilde localized fonts
offers a large selection of Bitstream fonts customized
for Central, Eastern European, Baltic and Cyrillic fonts.

all fonts can be added to photoshop just install and open photoshop and choose the font you just installed

@vdogeek, you can use font manager program also, is how I took screen shot of fonts for the post. I have the 'FontBase', free software to manage many fonts. It let you have thousand and thousadns of fonts on system, but do not have to have all thousands install at same time. It can load ones you like when you want to use, then unload when you do not need anymore. Is hard for me to explain, maybe someone with better english can say better if I am not understood

You can just download it, extract it, and then select 1 to 23 or whatever.. and rightclick install all users, simple. Doesnt even need a fontmanager for it.
