Hi, i keep getting the error message when trying to copy the Medicines into the directory:

"The action cant be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. Close the folder and try again."

I can't quite find where is it open.

Any solution to this? Many thanks!

dude this is so simple this is happening because of the program is active running ...use task manager to cut the processes of the software & then try to Medicines the software
ALways remember after installation ,check the software is running in background or not by checking in taskmanager.
