yeah i getting that as well. Previously working fine after installation.
Then this issue arose a couple week ago.
Already uninstall and install it back

The issue still persist
Anyone has any idea how to troubleshoot this?

for me the same.
Finally I've uninstalled it with IObit Uninstaller and then install a "NEWER" version of Adobe Acrobat DC.
Now it runs well

I follow the below guide..downlaod the reg file and double click it and press yes,..i reopen acrobat..and press edit button..Waalaaa its all fucntion now..

#1... please lose the caps
#2... you need to close your antivirus in order for medicines to work... your antivirus has most likely removed the medicine
#3... they are called false positives

I'm facing the same issue but don't think the problem is related to this particular upload since this issue has happened to me a few times already with different versions from different uploaders.
