when i open lightroom it pops me a window to sign in, i turned off the internet and says that i have to connect to internet, it won't let me if i don't sign in

Did you install over a previous lightroom instalation? Did you disconnect internet before installing?

During installation it automatically disconnect and connect to the internet. Asking for a Adobe ID that's a normal behavior for installing Lightroom, you can't ignore it! Create a ID and your save to go. To me it works perfectly with the Developer Module Activated.

First, I want to thank @The Rain for sharing this application : this is the only version I found in which all modules work.

However I had a problem during the installation as recommended : the app didn't work correctly.
So I tried to install it with an" old" method of installing Adobe CC Apps

I installed it with "CCMaker.exe" instead of the autoplay.

Before installation :
1)You need to uninstall old version of lightroom properly as recommended by @The Rain : don't forget to delete the following folders :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
2) Disconnect Internet

Installation :
1. Lauch "CCMaker.exe" in administrator mode ;
2. Select "English" then click "OK" ;
3. Click on "Install" ;
4. Select "driver.xml" file which is in the "products" folder ;
5. When "Application Language" appears, seelct yours ;
6. Click on "Next" ,
7. Uncheck "Install AMTEmu" ;
8. Click on "Next" ;
9. Click on "Install" ;
10. Click on "OK" when the installation is complete.

All modules work perfectly, especially Develop and Map modules.

ps : sorry if my english isn't correct : I'm french...
ps 2 : if you look for "CCMaker.exe"

@Timmoes: Indeed, the only version that work, with the Modules activated, is shared by @The Rain. The second method, with CCMaker, did NOT work properly after patching, according the Modules. I don't know what Medicines you've used, after installing, but i am almost sure that within a couple of days the modules are deactivated. Shared by the @The Rain not.

ps @Pleiadian65 : I do not oblige anyone to use the procedure as I did, I just give a track that worked at home, it's just a sharing of experience.

This is the only Adobe Lightroom Classic CC 2019 (v8.0) develop module is working also map module.
Begining the installation needs to connect your Creative Cloud account.
Develop module is not active when you disconnect from internet. I think you must connect to internet and login your Creative Cloud account to keep Develop and Map module active.
The good thin is when you check >preferences>Lightroom sync
your account status is: Subscribed
End date:---
That means use forever.
That is my experience has any one managed to use Develop module without internet connection and Creative Cloud account

1.) Install the Adobe Lightroom Classic CC (use autoplay.exe).
2.) Enjoy!

Note: If you encounter any issues with a previous installation / Medicines,
please uninstall Adobe Lightroom Classic CC and delete those folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

I didn't install Creative Cloud. Actually i removed ALL traces before installing Lightroom. During installation from this repack i used my ID en works like a charm. If suddenly i am logged out from my account than, within Lightroom, a loggin screen appear. Using my ID again works without a problem.

@Bruno67 What's your problem? You can use a Adobe account / Google account / Facebook account to login. Lightroom need this in order to activate the modules.

From now which does not require the use of Adobe ID!
