Best Add Blocking Software For Opera V54.0

i know this to be a stupid question but i'm hoping some 1 can point me in the right direction as i can't seem to get hold of @nuttz to ask.
i know the site needs to make money but i find the adverts here very distasteful and would like to stop them.
i use opera v54.00 is there a program for this to stop them .
