Most likely, its corrupt system files or a new software and/or update you did that caused this.

Try 1st to boot from a win 10 installation USB or DVD (not from safe mode tho) and run the sfc /scannow. That will probably fix the issue. That will cause the repair to access the %WinDir%\System32\dllcache and restore your windows.

If this fail, try a system restore to a date that your system was working.

Best of luck and let us know how it went.

@ryzen23 have you try google ???
If you recently installed or updated certain software, uninstall that software in order fix this problem.
If the problem is caused by problematic software or a driver, you can fix the PHASE1 INITIALIZATION FAILED BSoD error by performing a System Restore.
... Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore.

Also when the problem is solved please tell US So we can close this thread :)

Yeah, its the reason I told you "Try 1st to boot from a win 10 installation USB or DVD (not from safe mode tho) and run the sfc /scannow. " Your installation is "broken" atm and you need an external windows boot media to solve it (if it can be solved) or at least backup your files.
