Can't Find "desktop Icon Settings" After Installing "windows 10 Redstone 2[15019.1000](x86-x64) Aio"

We know that if we want to get default icon of windows like control panel,this pc, recycle bin, network etc in windows 10 we have to go to "personalization option>>Themes>>Desktop Icon Settings>>click the icons ".

Today I installed "Windows 10 Redstone 2 [15019.1000] (x86-x64) AIO [28in2] adguard" but couldn't find "desktop icon settings". Is this option turned off by microsoft or there is way to get it back? Just want to know it.

1607 IS only the 14393.??? builds aka rs1. you also should be posting in the thread so others that might be having the same issue as you are can see the solution if one is found.
