Deezloader Remix (Repack & Portable) - the program allows you to download tracks from Deezer to mp3 (320kbps), with covers.

EDIT:

I have found the SOLUTION!

Create a free account at deezer.com
Then you have to log in with that account in the "Settings" button.
They choose to log in by email and enter the email and the registration password.
This will generate a token that needs to be saved and voila!
