Locked Does someone have experience with HP Laptops hardware (exactly after 30 min shut off like lost power)

Hello

if someone could help me with HP Laptops hardware (exactly after 30 min shut off like lost power).

Model of laptop: HP ProBook 450-G2

I tried a few things with or without battery: all diagnostic from BIOS, diagnostic from bootable USB (hirens, sergei, DLM) and from Windows 10 on laptop SSD.
Result is the same nothing found and turn off exactly after 30 min during long diagnostic.
I suppose it's hardware but won't go to HP repair because "it's motherboard gime 350$" they would say (know for a fact)
There are many cases like this with HP laptops and all have exactly same error isn't it suspicious?

1) 30 minutes and you timed it ?
2) 30 minutes even if you don't use it ?
3) is the fan providing enough cooling air ?
4) all vent holes not blocked by dust ?
5) is there a sufficient amount off cooling paste on the processor ?
6) is it new or old ?

that model has a battery recall... does this also happen without the battery?

i know this case, that was the mistake of the whole series of manufacturers ... a factory fault

Did it all of your question before so (I'am repair man):
I did check hardware (replace ram, diagnose hardware, etc.) and fix if was need to all other possibilities and software and all above from your post and @Nigrin
this is bought HP laptop original nothing replaced working flawlessly but few weeks ago you know turn off after 30 min

I tend to lean toward what @Hawkeye said. Ive run into this problem many times and was remedied by removing CPU fan, cleaning off the old dried up paste, and re-applying new paste.
