There is a modified exe and u need to place in installation directory and always execute from there.
Right click Run as administrator on ldrDVDFab_x64_11054.exe and not on the normal exe.

Could you post the instructions in plain English please? Do you mean the exe file, what's the destination source, and what do you mean by running uploader?
