I have a 16GB flash drive, and the size of windows AIO iso is 9.2 GB. I used rufus, which formatted the flash drive as NTFS and then burned the iso. WHile installing windows, the error popped up which said that that "EFI partition must be FAT32".
So I restarted my working pc, formatted the pendrive as FAT32, but now rufus says, that file size (9.2GB) is too large. I am a total beginner, can someone please help me. I am in immense need, please help me.

Sir, I followed all these steps. The setup started,, then I partitioned my 500GB HDD as per my requirement. Just as the setup was about to begin, the error popped which said that EFI Partition is NTFS, it must be FAT32.
I rufus, I used GPT patition scheme for UEFI computer, and when i selected the 9.2 GB AIO iso, it automatically took NTFS as partition type. please help me sir...

Dont partition your drive.... format the whole drive and then delete partition to do complete install on an Unallocated Space... NO Upgrading

You're missing out on some important details. What windows are you trying to prepare and install(maybe share a link of the iso)? What's the motherboard or laptop model?

It's safe to say this AIO is kind of obsolete at this point. Just use microsoft's media creation tool to download the latest build of windows 10(if that's what you're gonna install).

Simplest way Use DVD (Most of us don't have Dvd drive :p).
Simple way Use exfat format and then try (I don't think it will work but u give it a shot).
Medium way Use Pen Drive partition to 4-4g=gb(Recognized By Fat32).
Little medium way Use another OS image file convert the drives to NTFS and then use this one.
Hard way u can use copy method by unpacking you can search internet for this method first step is to create a bootable pen drive manually and then copy all the iso file( Caution copy one by one to avoid any kind of error) and you can first test it in vmware. (This method is not advisable though it has most success rate in such case).

P.N: I am a noob and above method posted by me is personally tested. Not every method can be used for every case, it depends on what is your situation. I hardly think changing BIOS setting will do any good as. It will only help in recognizing the usb but not installing the OS.

Note: It is always advisable to put the through information when asking for help. It becomes easy to solve problem and saves lot of time for everyone.
