hello ladies/Gents i would like to bring your attention to a problem i'm having im trying to use VMware Workstation and i keep getting this error

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

This host does not support "AMD RVI" hardware assisted MMU virtualization.

Module 'CPUIDEarly' power on failed.

Failed to start the virtual machine.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

as you can see my laptop does support this as you can see in the screen shots below

the problem its disabled and everyone says enable virtualization in bios but my BIOS does not have this option, there has to be a way, someone please help me, thanks for viewing and reading

Give us exact model of your laptop with full description, not just name like: Acer Aspre 550 or HP ProBook 6520b - or better - take a shot of the sticker with full data and upload it here :)
Some laptops don't have

Every bios has the option - to allow the Virtual PC;)

1. Shut down the computer and restart it. As soon as the computer restarts and the initial boot screen is displayed, press the "Delete," "F1," "F2" or other designated key repeatedly to display the system BIOS menu.

2. Press the arrow keys to navigate to the "Processor," "Chipset," "Advanced CPU Configuration," "Northbridge" or other similar BIOS menu option. Press the "Enter" key to open the submenu. Alternatively, click the appropriate menu selection if your system BIOS supports the use of a mouse.

3. Scroll down to the "AMD-V" or "Intel Virtualization Technology" value, and then press "Enter." Use the arrow key to select the "Enabled" option, and then press "Enter." Alternatively, click the "Enable" option to select it and return to the Processor submenu.

4. Press the "F10" key or click "Save Changes and Exit" to save the virtualization settings and restart the computer. After you restart the PC, you can install virtualization software and create virtual machines as needed.

Maybe,
  • If your system BIOS does not have an "Intel Virtualization Technology," "AMD-V" or similar virtualization option, the motherboard does not support the technology.
  • If the system BIOS has settings for "Intel Virtualization Technology" or "AMD-V" settings, but they are inactive or greyed out, your processor does not support virtualization technology.
:cry::cry::cry:

Try flashing the latest bios:
1. Extract to a folder.
2. If you're using 32-bit windows, launch the .exe file inside the main folder. If you're using 64-bit windows, open the x64 folder and run the .exe file in it. Run as administrator !!!
3. After flashing, enter the bios and set default settings. Save and exit.
4. Re-enter the bios and make any necessary changes to the settings. Also look for a virtualization option.
If this doesn't help you, forget about it.

I'm a dumbass. I looked at all your pics and didn't see that the information section of your bios shows v1.04. Anyway, yes, you'll have to accept the facts and forget about the idea at least on this machine.
