Hey guys i need help with my drives in ubuntu.
today i installed ubuntu in my machine not duel boot. i deleted c drive of windows where windows 10 was install and created three partition one of swap and another one of Efi and last one, rest of free space, root and installed ubuntu normally and now after using some time i realised i can't delete any files except root partition of ubuntu. i dig information into google and found that windows 8 and 10 use hibernation feature in ntfs drive to save a little time of booting or loading. now i can only read those drive now and i don't have duel boot so i can't also close drives properly . do you guys have any option or code so i can able to read and write.

or i was thinking as a solution that why not withdraw whole hdd and connect it with external wire to windows 10 and close it properly and insert it again in my machine. would it work or do you have any other solution.

I did a quick google search for "partitions for ubuntu trying to remove windows drive"

Tons of info...

But if you ask me just delete every partition on the drive and boot up the ubuntu installer, it has the ability to format from the installer. If you didn't want to keep the windows in the first place why even bother trying to make your own partitions???

I can't delete all partitions bc it has precious information stored in it, i installed ubuntu very carefully, i didn't want to loss anything and i have deleted windows partition but i never thought of this that i would not able to write in other partitions but anyway thanks. I will have to go on my own. I was asking you bc of if you have any option to get rid of windows hibernation
