@!roncladboy
One: Did you ask google first?
Two: Please consider a proper Avatar, what you have now is abusing. You have been informed by @TheMacGyver before.

First you need to create a desktop.ini file in your flash drive.
Open Notepad and click Save as.
Then set file name to desktop.ini and change Save as type to All files. Click Save as.
Place your wallpaper in the flash drive. It should be a “.jpg” file
Open desktop.ini file from your flash drive. Copy and paste below code to it.
Last line of the code, you can see “IconArea_Image=wallpaper.jpg”. Replace “wallpaper.jpg” with your wallpaper name.

[ExtShellFolderViews]
{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}={BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}
[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
Attributes=1
IconArea_Image=wallpaper.jpg

Eg : If your Wallpaper name is TEAMOS.jpg

Then you code should be

[ExtShellFolderViews]
{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}={BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}
[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
Attributes=1
IconArea_Image=TEAMOS.jpg

Note : Both the desktop.ini and TEAMOS.jpg recommend to be in hidden files

Save your file. Unplugged the flash drive from PC and plug it again. That’s it.
