Iam using Intel Core i5 6th generation 6200U in my laptop . Besides in my desktop i am using "Intel Core I3 4th Generation."
But i can't see any improving performance between core i3 and core i5. Ain't core i5 supposed to work better than core i3 ?

If there is any way to increase cpu performance please help me to know about it.

Yes there are so many ways.. That is really a wide open question.. So Google >>"Increase CPU Performance"
or buy a I-7 6700 Skylake 6th Generation or Just a complete Mac Pro also consider the proper Mother Board
to begin with... Example: image!

You did not mentioned what OS you're running at Laptop? i mean without OS what kind of CPU performance you supposed to have?

1. If without OS you're trying to know why Core i3 and Core i5 not showing you no difference? Then continue reading me and this an example to have knowledge to start looking through:
-Core i3 and i5 there are several kind of Processors difference > Chips, how many cores inside, and what is actually Cache size 4MB/6MB/8MB/12/MB/Etc?
Now i don't know if you're comparing i5 (6MB) processor with i3 (8MB) because both seems similar and equal performace. So kindly read at Laptop's box and check specification that what cache MB your machine have.
-Less Ram Less Graphic also causes to CPU to take load, Ram + Graphic card + Processor they get shared with each other to manage performance. Example:
You're running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 > Ram 4 Gb > Graphic 1Gb > Processor i3 (8MB) = If you start running Adobe CC then probably your CPU loads too much.
Compare: 8GB Ram > Graphic 2GB > Same processor = Adobe CC then your CPU reduce 45% load.

2. Maybe you're running OS but you forgot to mention: Kindly continue reading to have knowledge:
-Each OS has background apps/features and they ran at background > Several get installed according to interested softwares you have installed, and Several ran by default for default apps. Remember, most of features won't get disable at background regarding OS.
-Now on several OS'es same copies has different features, few has less features/apps. and few has bunch of. so you can read description and pick better one regarding your use.

Still wondering to reduce load then you can google that default app and read if it's important to keep use or you're allowed to Disable it. same thing you can disable yours softwares apps at background. then each of it start running again if you're going to use software.

-Startup applications: Several application listed there, Disable them and reduce load to system and starting up OS, Recommended keep them disable and run them back then when ever you want start program to work on.

-Remember: Anti virus apps, Few of Browsers apps, Few of programs apps, always Ran at background no matter you're using that software/thing onscreen or not. You can disable Browsers/Programs/Anti Virus if you still want to reduce system load.

-Other then that kindly have a look and understand how to Improve system's performance for gamming (By Microsoft):

-If you're using Windows 10 then kindly read this post have knowledge how disable apps to increase system's performance.

3. Sometime CPU/System start loading due to dust and less woltage at power Supply, kindly make sure of them.

4. Try cleaning temporary files from OS, you can use Default method by opening ''Disk Cleanup'' select C partition > Select each box listed at window there are bunch of collected temporary files/cached/indexed by OS and they are useless just covered space. So prune them. do it every after 7 days no harm. Other then that you can CCleaner to prune wasted stuff.

Anyways I'm done here, i'm sure i almost covered everything you're wondering to know & have knowledge for. have a good read and back then sort it out. Cheers! :)
