How To Backup Paid Android App

I have purchased android app, and want backup for future install (in cash if i format my phone).
or want share other one.. ( Not need to paid).

Then what should to do..

once you paid for an app you will not need to purchase it again, if you do decided to wipe your phone just go back to your purchased history in the store app and redownload it.

its the same with the iPhone too

In Android U have used one m@il id in Play Store, That m@il will store your every purchase
In next time u restore your phone just login the same m@il and everything will be working fine, the paid apps just shows Install
If u change the m@il after restoring then no apps will be available
In Short Every Purchase was registered to m@il u linked to ur Play Store

Question seems user need to make a copy of purchases app from other mobile user. It's illegal. However if one has purchased any apk he don't need to make license backup. Purchase detail always remain with the company as well in user account. Once you install license will be resort on the user mobile. Provided ur the original license holder.
