The same thing, basically... It depends on the SeedBox - some use Utorrent, some use Deluge, some use ruTorrent, etc. Just click create "New torrent" - depending on what GUI is used and follow the steps... The only difference is that you'll wait a little longer until the files are uploaded on your seedbox.
I use the one with ruTorrent:

Btw for qBittorrent you need to delete old .torrent file and file you are seeding in client then download .torrent file from thread and point client to save location where file you want to seed is, because qBittorrent doesn't support tracker merging.
