I Can't See My Pictures Thumbnail

hello all
thats my 1st time to make post about issue in my pc but i had to cuz its really annoying
i had windows 10 pro and my pc spec
CPU Core i5 4440
Ram 8 G 2*4
HDD 1TB WD blue
i never had issue with windows 10 but since i start to use Photoshop 2018 which require newest build of windows 10 so i installed build 1709 and i had issue that if i open any folder has picture it keep loading with see any of my pictures thumbnails and sometimes icons too please i need solution otherwise i had to reinstall my older build of windows 10

then have you to read the rules on how BIG your img can be ???
rule 16 is verry importend !!
that is the one for you

So when i read your msg,
then you say when you open windows explorer and click on a map
that have pictures in it, then it keeps loading the icons that it need to show .

is that right ??

Question...
Did you install Windows 10 build 1709 as an upgrade over your previous Windows 10 install, or did you wipe the drive and install fresh?
If you installed as an upgrade, well that could be part of your problem. Windows tends to break things during upgrades. That's why it's always advised to backup & reformat your drive, then do a fresh install of Windows.
