Registered with Fake serial popup happening here to. Just started this morning. Been fine up to now.
I'm not complaining, just reporting the issue

im getting this popup also; this has to be a feature withing either the idm.exe file, or some other registry setting; there needs to be another Medicines made to block this check; my downloads work so far, but it might not last forever; a fix for this is a must
well I ended up using the idm update check tool in the Medicines tool provided, and it gave me a link to an updated idm Medicines tool, and this tool has an option to disable idm's update-checking (and hopefully, its verification check); get this Medicines tool guys, its a must

There is no included Install Steps / Instructions for the Medicines/Crak !!
Other than the main exe (idman629build2.exe), two crak/Medicines files are there in download:
namely: 1. "idm.6.28.x-Medicines.exe" & 2. "IDM_6.2x_Crack_v15.9.exe"

Which one is to be used?
Or if both have to be used, in which order?

just use idm.6.28.x-Medicines.exe or IDM_6.2x_Crack_v15.9.exe and move to the directories of idm and apply the Medicines or Medicines. But there is a problem fake serial sometimes appears
