LockHunter 3.3.4.139 Portable
Just another small software to resolve when you cant delete some files.
(Didn`t try but I doubt It doesn`t work with files blocked by services)
A program from the well-known software manufacturer Crystal Rich Ltd. (USB Safely Remove and Zentimo xStorage Manager) to delete files that, for some reason you don’t understand, are blocked by some other applications.
There are situations when the system displays a message that the file cannot be deleted, since it is used by another application. This happens for various reasons, including the result of some malware or other malicious application. In such situations, LockHunter will come to the rescue. It allows you to unlock files in use with the subsequent ability to delete, copy or rename.
Key features of the program:- Shows a process blocking access to a file or folder
- Allows you to unlock, delete, copy or rename a locked file
- Allows you to "kill" the blocking process
- Allows you to remove the blocking process from the hard drive
- Deleted files are placed in the Recycle Bin (i.e., they can be quickly restored if necessary).

Just unpacking the rar file for the portable (PortableApps format) version.
Obviously to kill apps run as admin....
