Did you add 0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com to your host file?
And then added the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file to ignore list so it won't get scanned?
Otherwise it will threat the host file as a virus and put it into quarantine and on reboot a blank host file will be generated without the entry.
