uninstall office using uninstaller software, restart, install office back with the intenet disable, activate it and reenable the internet.

simple, just disable all ur antivirus first- download it- disable the internet- run it- activate it- enable the antivirus n internet after all have done.
or the very safe method.. just buy the key from microsoft and activate it via internet and done..
