Ok it seems that Office 2019 dose not include OneNote at all, according to below source:

OneNote 2016 gets less attention
Now we come to the feared bad news for many OneNote fans: Office 2019 will not include a new stand-alone desktop version of OneNote. It is replaced by the OneNote app for Windows 10 by default.

You can optionally install the previous version OneNote 2016 or continue to use it. But it will not receive any new features. (Incidentally, that’s been the case for a few years.) For at least two years, Microsoft still wants to provide security updates and bug fixes for OneNote 2016.

Hi! I just finished downloading the file but I haven't found any clear instruction on what to do. I found in the thread that I should not install via setup but through KMS tools. I opened it (Run as admin) and clicked Office 2019 Install but nothing's happening. Can I ask for a clearer instruction pls?? Thanks!!

Put KMS tools folder and MS office folder at same level (at same folder), it worked for me at least.

I can't activate it.
I converted it from Retail to VL several times, then tried to activate it with Office C2R and with also KMSAuto Lite, still no success.
Also tried to clean everything with KMS Cleaner and it says that it's unable to find any certificate.
Has anyone managed to activate it?

How to change RTM to VL?
