Microsoft has released today new Medicines Tuesday updates for all supported versions of Windows 10. The November 2019 Update (or version 1909) is getting the build 18363.657 today, while the May 2019 Update (or version 1903) is getting the build 18362.657. As these two versions of Windows 10 actually share a common core operating system, the separate patches include the same following fixes:
Improves the installation experience when updating to Windows 10, version 1903.
Updates to improve security when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
Updates to improve security when using Microsoft Office products.
Updates to improve security when using input devices such as a mouse, keyboard, or stylus.
Microsoft currently isn’t aware of any known issues in these two patches, so they should be pretty safe to install for everyone. For those of you still running the older version 1809 of the OS, though, the build 17763.1039 is available for you today with the following highlights:

Updates to improve security when using external devices (such as game controllers, printers, and web cameras) and input devices such as a mouse, keyboard, or stylus.
Updates to improve security when using Microsoft Office products.
