In my experience, I do not think so every cumulative update will reinstall all bloatware again! Especially now, these days when Microsoft made changes in the update mechanism! But maybe I am wrong - tomeCar is an excellent Windows modifier maybe he did some magic!
Second, I did not read the whole thread - what he removed but maybe the updates do not work at all!
