Locked Mouse problem on win10

When I have win8 installed on my computer my mouse works normally. When I have win10, every time I restart my computer or turn on csgo I have a different sensitivity in the game and the acceleration too. Can you help me solve this problem?
Mouse is the zowie of ec2.

This might help you. Open Windows Settings and click in the order that the numbers show.

Set the slider to where you think it seems good for you. Trial and error is your best friend here so test a few different settings. Alternatevly most gaming mouse have a DPI selector (on top most of times) so click it and see what happens.

I assume you are using hardware cursor in the games you play?

This Enchance pointer precision is like on picture. I have best mouse for csgo, zowie ec2-a. On Win8 works fine, i put win10 i have different sens every match.
