Thanks, I've been testing this on a separate partition and it's very good, but, I gotta say removing CLOCK was a very thoughtless decision. The excuse that you could have something like Rainmeter/other software to display a clock is even worse because the resources those will take are much higher than default clock.

Gamers won't just do 100% of time gaming, we use browser and watch some videos, so we need a visible clock. The footprint the default windows clock takes is very minimal.

(1st) MPB is "My Personal Build", they made it for themselves and decided to share it with us, made with THEIR personal preferences and likes.

(2nd) Ice cream comes in a variety of flavors, because not everyone likes Vanilla and Chocolate. There are tons of other versions for the OS on here. If this one perturbs you for some reason, try another, they are all decent.

(3rd) As an OS builder, I know you cant please everyone, but we put in or take out what we think a certain specialized group of people are looking for. We put a ton of time and effort into building these things. If your system cant handle the extra MB required for a 3rd party clock, then try another OS with it in there.

Sorry for the rant, but come on, a clock?!?

Edit: Heres my desktop, notice the CPU usage, my clock and other items are Xwidget which is using 792kb mem.

wow, you misunderstand what "testing" means, than try to lecture me things that I know well, 1 2 3 nice! !

The question remains, why remove default clock if then will use widgets/third party software to have a clock that is way more intrusive than default?

If I compare things using your terms, then I'd say this build have very similar RAM usage to Win_10_RS5_MPB, and that one have clock and more things that were removed here, and CPU usage doesn't really matter, it will be always pretty much the same, RAM usage is more important, that's why most people tend to choose these builds...

When you do not like it... then you can alway's download another version ?
