If you deleted .torrent files, just go back to the thread/ threads where you downloaded from and re download. Your client will then automaticallly check the torrents and begin seeding. Do not remove them from your client and keep it running.

To improve ratio stats search for free leech torrents (torrents bigger than 4GB) on the forum, download and seed them for hours, days, months, years, to infinity... The more you share, the better your ratio will be. Sharing is caring...

Some guidelines:
A user can seed only torrents which have not been partially deleted or modified! A user can improve ratio only by seeding the content which is identical to downloaded torrent. Do not change anything!

The torrents previously downloaded by user need to be used by other members. If no one is downloading a torrent, the user who shares the content cannot directly increase his ratio until someone do not begin with downloading. In this "passive" situation of waiting each hour, a seeder will receive bonus points as a reward for each torrent in the running client.
