If your UEFI firmware has no CSM, forget about windows 7.
Come to think of it, why don't you share your laptop's model, or motherboard model if it's a desktop?

I have already installed win7 on my chipset...it was difficoult for me (i'm not expert) but i did it. I want win 10 to prevent drivers failure (especially about cooling and GPU). Now i'm testing a win10 version but i made 2 partitions in main SSD to have a dual boot. In the second one i'd like to have a win7 to have a "lifebelt" if there were any issues. The problem about my win7 installation was that it was not an sp1, and some drivers need sp1.

My laptop is Dell 7567, kaby-lake chipset, Intel i7-7700QM, Intel HD Graphics 630, nVidia GTX 1050 Ti, SSD 250 GB (now 130 for win10+120 for win7) , HD 1TB

If you've had Windows 7 installed and running before, then it will work this time as well. The only problem is Dell doesn't release drivers for windows 7 for this particular laptop. It has drivers only for W10. Anyway, you're way too paranoid about your PC. Just perform a clean install of stable images and install drivers only from Dell or Nvidia or Intel. That's it. You shouldn't have any problems. Just because W7 is a good, stable OS, doesn't mean you won't have problems with it on a modern PC, especially when manufacturers do their best to force you to avoid it.
