Guys, I already low level format my hdd many times but after that there will be always a used 101 mb space in my hdd. I did successfully install win 7 os but after a while when I boot up it says that disk read error(I can't remember the exact phrase but it's something like that). Also, whenever I start my pc, sometimes the windows 10 startup screen shows up eventhough I have my win7 installed in the hdd.

Dude delete both partitions and then you should have one "Unallocated Space" Format it if you like and then delete it again to "Unallocated Space""
Then do a complete Install>> NO Upgrade>> of Windows 7

Ok, I will try that. What do you think about that 101mb? Why is it not deleted when I format my drive?

One easy way to zero out your hard drive, i.e., writing zeros to your hard drive to wipe out any data is to use Diskpart.exe, a utility that is shipped on every Microsoft Windows Installation CD.

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to use Diskpart:
a. Insert your Windows CD into the optical drive and boot into a command prompt.
b. Type diskpart to load the utility.
c. Type list disk. Diskpart will list all the hard drive(s) on your computer.
d. Type select disk x (where x=the number of the disk you want to zero out). Diskpart will return "Disk x is now the selected disk."
e. Type clean all and Diskpart will completely zero out the entire disk.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for the suggestion but I already did that and the result is the same. There is always a 101 mb used space after writing zeroes. My suspicion is that it is a fragment of my previous win10 os but I don't know how to remove this. I also tried dban but no luck.

@TheMacGyver Sir, the win10 startup screen is still there but the win7 installation is succesful. I'm afraid that after a while there will be errors showing up because of that win10 fragments. What might be the best possible solution here sir?

The windows 7 I'm installing is the 32 bit Crux. I'm also using it in my backup drive. The only problem is that I can't get rid of that 101mb used space even I use a low level format or zeroing it.

Manufacturer of HDD?
Samsung is my manufacturer. I'm currently trying the format utility from them.

I mean that backup is my original hdd and the one with the problem is my old hdd. My old hard drive is not having problems until I installed custom win10. I'm using them as a master and slave drives or vice versa

if you want to completely erase your hdd, then download ubuntu and then burn that on your pendrive and use that as Live USB...

it has a software named as GParted, open that and completely format your harddisk (remember that the partitioning scheme must be msdos/MBR and not GPT)
