Networking Issue Windows 10 Rs5

I have 2 systems (Windows 7 Pro & Windows 10 LTSC 2019). Earlier I used Windows 10 Pro RS4 there was no issue in connecting Drives & Printers on the other System i.e. Windows 7 Pro. After installing Windows 10 LTSC 2019 I am facing this issue. Checked the Network Sharing settings & Troubleshooted/Diagnosed several times but no problems were detected. I have even reset the network settings and re-formatted the Laptop but all gone in vain.

Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Mate @The Rain posted on chat box the below mentioned Versions are causing trouble

I had installed RS5 pre-activated ,when i try to pin icons its not sticking to taskbar and My wifi goes on and off....which i discussed earlier with @TheMacGyver on chat today..But other than these there are more i think.
