Locked Notification icon, Sound icon & wifi icon not Response

Hello Everybody, Some days i fell problems, my desktop's start bar's right side show Notification icon, Sound icon & wifi icon not Response. i use windows 10. what's problems do it? please help me.........

my desktop's start bar's right side show "Notification icon, Sound icon & wifi icon" not Response , when i click mouse left button. "Wifi icon & Sound icon" Response when i mouse right button but "Notification icon" not Response. please help me, how solved it?

What os du you use, Original or custom is it a clean installation, do you did any tweaks, which one, what did you last do, etc....
Again wrote more to people or I will close this lazy thread...
In the worst scenario reinstall your Windows and do not play it...
