I have a big problem and please help me
I have a laptop for Lenovo Z580
Suddenly the keyboard some of its keys do not work and you deleted the driver and install it once again more than once and no new and installed a new version of Windows did not solve the problem and also the Wi-Fi does not work
I opened the laptop and cleaned it and also did not solve the problem knowing that it did not pour any liquids on the device such as water and anything else
Please seek expert assistance

Who deleted your driver? I have one helpful bit of advice..BUY A NEW LAPTOP.

Sounds more like you have hardware issues ... listen to ralph!

Opening and cleaning a laptop doesn't solve such problems if they're on the hardware side of things. Have the laptop checked out at a decent service center and if there are too many and too serious problems to fix, consider ralph's suggestion.

i'm working in PC service - if some key doesn't work - it's not related to drivers - it's time to change keyboard.
wi-fi could be driver related, please download this tool and check out for a new drivers:

if that doesn't help you, it's cheaper to buy USB wi-fi stick
