The file from this link managed to disable all antivirus when run, I panicked and reinstalled my OS. Is that normal behavior for a silent install?

I trust the uploader, so maybe the host site modified the file, or just normal behavior, I don't know. I didn't grab any logs as I rushed to restore my system.
