Not all uploaders watch their threads. To be sure that your report of a dead link is seen, please tag the thread author.

For example, for a thread started by Ronaldo99, say this

"@]Ronaldo99, The download link is broken. Please fix it if you can. Thank you."​

Always include the "@" before the user name. This is important. It causes an alert to be sent to the thread owner. This is called tagging.

This is much better than

"File not found: Link die. So sad!"​

because the thread owner will be notified of your comment immediately and without the need for the staff to intervene.
