1. The driver might be corrupt
2. If it's Windows 10 go to "Device Manager" and update the driver you need, Windows 10 "Device Manager" is awesome for finding drivers.

are you using a light version off windows ?

try downloading drivers direct from the manufacturers website and installing them manually through device manager

Error while performing DriverEntry routine.

Recommended solution

Manually reinstall the device driver

On the Start screen, look for Device Manager and select Device Manager from the results.
Right-click the device in the list.
Select Uninstall from the menu that appears.
When the device is uninstalled, select Action from the menu bar.
Select Search for hardware changes to reinstall the driver.

What OS did this desktop have when it was purchased? If it was for example Windows 7 the drivers you're using on the manufacturer cd might not be compatible with Windows 10. Post your systems specs so we can help you better. It's crucial for you to connect to the internet so Windows 10 can download the drivers.

From what I see at the end of your answer you have an MSI motherboard.
I would advise you to try the following:
1) Access the MSI site through a PC with an internet connection.
2) Download the drives you need for Windows 10 on a flash drive (pendrive).
3) Then you install it manually on your client's PC that does not have internet access.

The way I indicated you is the right way to solve your problem.

EDIT:

With your "like" I confirm that you have already copied the MSI site.
I edit post since external links to TEAM Os are not allowed.
Let us know if you could solve.

There is a workaround but first, you need to realize where the problem is. Especially for Windows 10, as new versions come along, they change or update if you like, the portion of the windows Kernel the handles the drivers (Windows driver framework or WDF for short). With every update to the WDF, a lot of older drivers become unstable and may corrupt or crash the OS and that's why you get that message. It's a warning that if you install those drivers, things will go bad.

The older MSI drivers for Mobos are known to cause this specific issue and as the people above suggested, it's better to use current ones from a USB stick.

If however you absolutely must use those there is a way but its not 100% guarantee to work as you will force those drivers in, but with unpredictable results. Do at your own risk.

Step1: Run as administrator a command prompt and type
bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on

This will disable the integrity checks and let you install any driver.

Step2: Install the drivers (and good luck)

After you finish, you should enable the integrity check again, so enter the following command in the admin command prompt.
bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off

Personally, I would go from another PC and download the new, updated drivers, save them in a location (USB stick) and then on the problematic windows:
a. Press Windows + R, type “devmgmt.msc” in the dialogue box and press Enter.
b, Select the devices that miss the driver
c. Right-click on the device and select update driver
d. Select the second option “Browse my computer for driver software”
e. Click the Browse button and navigate to the driver which you downloaded and install it from there.

After installing the drivers, do a quick restart and you should be ok.
