Locked Question about ratio (I did read the faq, I swear!)

OK, I apologise in advance if this sound really newby-ish
How do you link my utorrent client with my account data?
Right now I have a 1.8 ratio.
I downloaded a quite shared torrent, and left it in share, and my numbers are like freeze, with ratio of course.
I'm on a mac, and I report that my first download from this board was with a different mac, now stolen
Could you help fixing this.

torrents here work off your account so when you download a torrent it will work off a torrent passkey designated to your account.

That your mac has been stolen will not affect the ratio.

The user can seed infinite from any machine if all torrent files and the downloaded content has been saved. Just copy the material in the relevant folders that you set up inside the settings of your torrent client, and all is done (one folder for .torrent files and another for downloaded content). YouTube has good Video tutorials.

The user's ratio will stay unchanged until someone starts downloading the torrent you seed. It will begin to seed automatically... You cannot expect miracles with only three torrents. The more you have, the faster it goes.

If your torrent's data has been gone along with that mac, we cannot do anything — backup, backup, and backup is a golden rule.
