Question Can I Trust My Operating System?

Hi - Before I discovered this site I downloaded windows 10 from piratebay.org and installed same on my PC
Disc name: "w_10_pro_x64" can't recall the exact link now and I did not read the comments with the torrent as I'm an idiot and didn't think at the time (acted on bourbon induced impulse). It auto activated - I didn't realise it did that but didn't complain.

The only torrented software I have installed was nero 7, ntiro pro 10, adobe photoshop CS5 & microsoft office 2016 pro. The comments for these were long and all stated safe and virus free etc

However I ran a mcafee scan and it discovered a malware called JTI/Suspect!131076 described as remote surveillance on your PC and removed it It also found and quarantined 3x JTI/Suspect!131078 . these later three Logged as belonging to [email protected] and KMSAuto.exe

Now I'm in a quandary - can I trust my operating system? I'm making the assumption that its the origin for the suspect files as they are auto Medicines. However I know all windows Medicines give a false positive as they are basically hacking windows. Its more that I do not know the source so i'm questioning the integrity of those hacks - ie is it just windows. or hacking me too? especially as JTI/Suspect!131076 was described as a surveillance tool by computerfixguide.com ??

So I'm asking should I trust my operating system now? Nothing discovered by subsequent scans by both mcafee and malwarebytes. Or should I re-install a different copy of windows 10?

I don't know what to say about trusting your pc...but I would certainly replace your windows with one from here, These are very well trusted OS's here virus free! Good Luck!

Anything downloaded HERE is safe,elsewhere..not so much

no need to worry about them they are just a Medicines with little false positive n no buddy hacking your system , your windows is safe to use and u can trust on it

I would not DL anything from anywhere else as long as TEAMOS is around. [A long time] If you DL from here it is safe, no need to worry.

Thanks thats a relief to know. I take it u recognised the disc name. Well thank you for the reassurance and doubly thank you for the windows 10 operating system. Would have been a pain to download another and reinstall everything again. Someone mentioned I should remove its apps - is that a good idea or just a personal preference??

I would suggest u to download the latest updated version of Windows from Team OS. I have been using Windows downloaded from here since a long time. No issues at all. They r safe.
By the way Re-Loader, KMS pico, Windows Loader, etc are only Medicines which are False positive shown by any AV.
