Don't install this program. After installing it you are not able to make any windows security updates any more. You'll get error messages. I made the mistake to install the Remover on several computers and now they all give me error messages and the security updates are not being installed. You have to reinstall the whole OS again!

No You do not! Thread name is "Remove.....", and prog do just what it is made for. Who need WD after all.
This is easier version of disabling WD
Open the Registry Editor /click on start then tipe regedit, on list right click on regedit than run as administrator /
Copy and paste the following into the new address bar: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender
-Right-click on the Windows Defender folder icon and select New > DWORD
-Name that key DisableAntiSpyware and save it
-Double click the DWORD to open up a pop-up and change the DWORD value from 0 (disabled) to 1 (enabled)
-Save your changes and restart your PC to apply them.
To revert, simply repeat the steps but change the DWORD value back to 0.
Newer build have that little bit tricky so if this does not help, see which Build You have and with that info come here, so we shall solve it

While I would never remove Defender in favor of a third party protection program -- somehow, I knew it's removal would come a too high a price (no updates?). Thanks for sharing. BTW did it kill the Firewall as well?

Major reason is that it is not accurate and do not protect me from Windows itself! Part of WD is WD-firewall. I know how to deal with WDF rules, but it is tricky because it doesn`t "ask me" pretty-much anything. So, I do not want it and I shall use other SW.
If I do not use some "clever protection" I shall be in position where 2 AV software "work" at same time! Even when You disable whole WD, from time to time it will resurrect and take resource, and all that without Your knowledge or any infos from Windows.
There comes "clever" protection SW, which during installation disable WD+WDAM+WDF and in other hand takes much lesser resources!

I install some program which during installation or when You run it, goes to its website to check authenticity! And it pass WDF without any info about it! Medicines for that program was deleted also...so Yeah, I do not need that type of protection.

That is simply not true! The script cannot be installed. It removes only files relevant to WD. Removes nothing related to updates. I use it before for a long period of time without any issue! Also read the comments to see what other members says! You did or use other tweakers/scripts that in combination with this one probably caused your situation! Not this script surely!
Both MMIKEE87 and fantom gives you excellent explanation why to remove WD!
Because this paranoid "malware protector" will not protect user from the real threats. Only from false positive! Plus it consumes cumulative around 600-800 MB with all working services in the background? What for? Still to be vulnerable. Plus it collects and send user informations online to Sky..., etc...
And most important thing, removing Windows Defender will never ever break updates or anything on Windows 10. It can be removed safely and nothing negative will happen to user machine! All updates like CU, SSU, Feature, .NET, and Flash will always work! CMD commands like sfc /scannow and /ScanHealth always gives no integrity violation or no component corruption! It will not kill Firewall but that component/services can be removed too.
