I have a samsung 500t1c-A01AE i'm using it properly but my cousin accidentally lock the bitlock and i didn't know the password (i have no idea why it have that bitlock, i have no idea about it until my cousin locked it) and can't properly open it. the logged in account in here is not mine as well since it's just a gift. she asked her friend to fix it but now it is stuck with samsung bios configuration, i tried booting it with usb but i can't boot it, i can't see the usb boot in the selection.

i discovered a video on youtube but my laptop doesn't detect the hard drive. (hard drive is seagate 320 gb)

Try a "DVD" boot disk, this will bypass usb ports and is more reliable on flaky systems, power down and
, unplug the battery for about 30secs, as you booting back up repeatedly press "F11", this should give you a boot menu. On the kotuwa boot disk you can bypass the bios password lock. Good luck.

i see you have secure boot enabled... IMHO - there is your problem! disable it, check out is it set to legacy or UEFI boot - that's also important. you have to make bootable usb-drive depending of the mode enabled (legacy/UEFI). let me know if this did help you.
    - secure boot is enabled (mostly) when your rig come with the os pre-installed.
