How do I get back turn Windows Features on or off?

I need to install DirectPlay.

The problem i met recently is that if you go to the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, on the left-hand side bar, if you open "Turn Windows features on or off", an alert window shows up saying that there is no OptionalFeatures.exe in the System32 folder. I did solve this problem by downloading that file and copied it to System32. Might be this file removed by mistake?

m8 already did ur suggestion... uninstalled default drivers.. installed VIA HD speaker drivers, updated drivers with sams driver, drivers pack both latest version, also updated with Iobit Driver Booster and still no luck... my motherboard is ECS H61H2-M2.. with windows 7 and 8.1 works fine... any other suggestion m8s...

I had similar problem with my via hd speakers in asrock motherboard,

then I am manually installed the driver from Device Manager > right click in audio device and select update driver > browse your via driver folder and install
but VDeck not working saying its 32 bit install 64 bit.

Then copy VDeck64 folder contents from Via Driver folder to Program Files to "C:\Program Files (x86)\VIA\VIAudioi\VDeck and restart the System now Sound works great.

Some Things Will NOT Work as they have to...but most will...deal with it....or reinstall and use something else...

This build is excellent for me from your other builds, very smooth working very stable, no bugs,

One thing it included my favorite Paint, Calculator and Windows Photo viewer, I am happy with this build,
