Well, it seems that the cause of this problem could be linked in certain cases with a setting that Microsoft added in Windows Vista and has now been activated by default with the arrival of Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

This is an adjustment designed to improve the performance of programs that receive TCP data on a network, something that although a priori should offer a more efficient data transfer, seems to be causing many users to experience slower data transfer speeds than normal and even connectivity problems.

This feature, Level of automatic adjustment of reception window, controls the transfer of data between the network and memory and it seems that in some cases it could be the cause of some users finding Internet connection problems or a reduction in their speed Navigation.

If you are one of the affected users, it is recommended that you check the automatic window adjustment status and if it is activated, try deactivating it to see if connection problems or low browsing and download speeds are solved. To do this, the first thing we should do is open a command prompt window, preferably with administrator permissions in case it is necessary to disable this feature.

Right-click on the Start menu icon and choose the option Command Prompt (administrator). Once there, we write the
Code:
netsh interface tcp show global
command and press Enter. This will show us on the screen some parameters among which we will have to look at the value of the Level of automatic adjustment of reception window. If the value is normal, we will have to deactivate it to see if our connection problems and browsing speed are solved.

To deactivate this setting, we return to the command prompt window and execute the command:
Code:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
and press Enter. Once this is done, we can recheck its status by executing the previous command to see if it already appears as disabled. If so, we can try to test our browsing speed or download to check the speeds we have now.

If the problem has been solved, we will be in luck, otherwise we can leave the parameter as activated by executing the command
Code:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
and pressing Enter.

It worked for me!
Another thing that changes Windows updates are the drivers of the network card.
It is advisable to disable the update of Windows Update drivers.

In windows 10 specifically 1903, disabling wasn't a good idea. ;)
You can browse smoothly but compromise your download speed also with upload speed. ;)
The whole story was just like this, disable and you won't received what your ISP has offered. ;)
I didn't say that it isn't working, It works but not a good idea. ;)

Of course it works, this ... I mean what the well were MS thinking? They throttle the system + it gets again throttled through bad wifi on user side + probably the same process in the router again. Great idea!

Thanks for the tip.
