Ques 2: What is Seed Bonus?
Ans : Seed Bonus are points which you receive for keeping torrents active in Torrent Client, It is possible that when you download a torrent than no one is downloading it so no upload will take place from your end thus causing no increase in ratio to counter this issue we have seed bonus system through which you get 1 Seed Bonus Points for Seeding a torrent every hour.
So if you are keeping 10 torrents active for 5 hours you get 50 points for that day. So keep torrents active for as long as possible to increase your seed points.

You can change your seed points to upload data. So if you have 120 points you can exchange them and get 1 Gb of Upload Data added to your account which will eventually increase your ratio.

Few questions,

1) Do we get Bonus points for downloading a torrent? I mean, suppose downloading speed is low and the torrent is going to take several hours to complete.... so, do users get Bonus Point for this as well? --OR-- Bonus points are only given after downloading is complete?

2) Do we get bonus point for Leeching torrents?(suppose, some optional files were excluded<eg; different languages in a OS>) but the torrent has finished downloading. So, do we get bonus point for keeping these torrents active as well?

Answer:
1: You will get bonus points only after DL is completed.
2: No bonus points for leeching. Only seeding COMPLETE torrent.
