Maybe because you already download Windows Updates which are now located on your PC and recognized by your OS system. Also maybe because the updates are already installed and your PC now needs to be restarted to edit everything for you. Delete all updates files and you should be fine! In that purpose, the easiest way is to use Windows default Disk Cleanup or other third party software!

i think $windwos-bt and $winre_bckup these are folder and file.........do i delete them manually?

Try like this or use CCleaner, Glary Utilities, WinUtilities or any other 3rd party software...
The more GB of updates you have the more it takes time! I just deleted 10.1 GB of garbage!

so i ran disk clean up on c drive there is one delivery optimization files of 3.38 gb. i want to delete it but before deleting i need to disable Windows Update Delivery Optimization feature[ i googled it] but as i used stopwinupdates the menu is gone[assuming it already got disabled right?].....so there should not be any problem if i delete this file right?
