you might want to let people know which OS you speak of... and other than formatting I don't know that you can do it without tools, but someone might know of a way.

Bottom line is we dont fix or repair computers here over the Net.. Thats your responsibility.. My advise
with what you have told me is to put the computer to rest permanently and look for a replacement.. Your
obviously on a computer now so forget the computer that sounds like a Heinz 57 Machine..
