In simple words what are you trying to do.. Become VIP or Verified Member..
Also What does @jimmycollaros have to do with this..
Please simply explain.. No one else has ever asked these what every your asking.

@Elzer first of all, you cannot open @jimmycollaros ' link, because this link is only for jimmycollaros' account.

Secondly, If you pressed the "Click Here" (the one with orange color), you got that error, because this link send you to PM @Mr.Lonely and @The Rain. But you are a Registered user, and Registered Users cannot send PMs... That's why you dont have access to this link:

Thirldy, yes, VIP link from Site FAQ doesn't working. That's why I suggested to admins to update the Rules and FAQ and some other stuff, cause they are out of date...
Not working link for VIP:

Now about the Verification link... If you click "Here", from VIP explanation, it sends you to the same link as I mentioned before.. So use the working link...

So your account doesn't have any problem, just the old VIP links are not working, you are a Registered User so you cannot pm, thats why PM link to admins not working.

He is trying to become VIP, but as I said in my reply, some old links that he pressing, are not working...
